Our Company has specific Missions for all of the Products & Services that we provide. Communication’s is vitally important at a time like this. Keeping these tools in operations are essential for the Medical, First Responders and in-person is a mission and operations critical industry that directly supports the safety and welfare of the public. It is that spirit of mission which drives us to serve our end-users and support channels; even in the most difficult of circumstances.
TWR always offers, provides, monitors and serves a large number of Alarm & Video Security Systems for Burglar, Fire, Medical and Equipment Monitoring which is a fiduciary responsibility that we don’t take lightly. Your Safety will remain a top priority of ours and we have Experienced Staff with our Agents being available 24/7/365. Furthermore, customers who experience an equipment issue or would like to get this same protection can continue counting on your locally licensed Security Provider.
Our Telephone Answering Service is an extension to many businesses and we answer their telephone calls when they are unable to do so. This often occurs during the after-hours and weekends, but also during peak times when they are assisting other customers. To our Customers who use this professional service, you can count on TWR with no exceptions. We will continue to have adequate staffing so that we can continue serving you during this most difficult time.
We have an experienced Technical and Service Team ranging from Internet, Networking, RF Radio, Paging, Messaging and Telemetry. This T-E-A-M is here to serve You and ensure that TWR’s Tower Sites and other Operating Equipment is in solid operation.
While several steps have been taken to ensure corporate safety, I want to make clear that TWR COMMUNICATION’s remains open and ready to serve and satisfy the needs of our customers. Our Customer Service T-E-A-M is an loyal advocate of yours. They will be the person you speak with if you visit our shop or talk to us by telephone if you call.

- In response to this pandemic, TWR COMMUNICATIONS has taken immediate health and safety precautions:
- Cleaning and disinfecting our restrooms, counters, telephones, office equipment and etc. on a routine and daily basis.
- Practicing social distancing and have encouraged T-E-A-M members to work from home if possible until further notice. Though remote, our employees have access to the technologies they utilize in the office and are fully functional.

Unless a mandate is enforced, we will continue with our Business as Usual motto. Our 24/7 Call Center and Central Monitoring Station are critical and essential and will remain in service. This T-E-A-M also has the ability to handle Emergencies and After-Hour issues and concerns with our entire Company Members; even if they are not on site.
TWR Communications has been in business since the 1940’s specializing over the years in Two-Way Radio, Paging, Security, Cellular, Internet and Telephone Answering Service. We are the only locally based full line communications carrier left in the Cumberland area.
TWR currently has a staff of approximately 18 employees that includes an experienced sales and service department to accommodate customer needs.
TWR personnel are actively involved in telecommunications affairs including membership in the Enterprise Wireless Association, working with the Federal Communications Commission on new regulations and appearing before Congressional Telecommunications Subcommittees.
